Shipping policy

We offer complementary door to door tracking. 

Orders are processed Monday - Friday during business hours of operations. Before your order ships, please allow 1-10 business days for order processing. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Keep this in mind when calculating your shipping time.

ITEMS MARKED "DELIVERED", but I did not receive it

We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items during transit or delivered to the wrong address because the wrong address was entered.  Packages marked as “delivered” but are missing is not our responsibility as we cannot control USPS deliveries. To file a claim, please contact USPS directly.

Contact your local USPS ASAP during their normal business hours (the local office that handles your area's deliveries, not the hotline) with your tracking number. they may be able to investigate the issue for you and ask your carrier if they recall misdelivering your mail and retrieve it. You can also open a case on the USPS website for your misdelivered mail.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS

Please email us ASAP with your order number and correct address. We can update your address if your order has not shipped. If it has shipped, the shipping fee cannot be refunded and we are not responsible for the order being delivered to the wrong address you input.

        If your address is incorrect and the order is sent back to us:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to re-deliver the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

It likely landed in the spam, or the email used during checkout was incorrect. Please email us for assistance.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

It depends on where you live and what shipping option you are looking to get. You'll receive a detailed list of possible options for your order during the checkout process.

Please know that you will receive a tracking number of your order, every order has a tracking number.

I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING, WHY HASN'T IT SHIPPED?

Express Shipping is just for an order AFTER it has shipped out. It does not rush the processing of an order. Also, we can't guarantee specific delivery dates and we do not offer refunds for shipping fees if packages are delivered later than expected. Options labeled as "USPS Priority Mail 2 Day" or similar just refers to the exact name of a service provided by the carrier and not a delivery guarantee. 

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

If you put in an active email address when you placed your order, you will receive a tracking number by email when your package is shipped. Plus, if you purchase using your account, you will be able to view your order history right from your account dashboard! If you lose your tracking number, or can't figure out how to find it, just contact us and we'll hook you up!

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Processing times may vary for orders. If you are ordering a brand-new design that's on pre-order, we won't ship the order until the pre-order ends. For our regular designs, processing is usually done within 5 business day, but can take up to 7.

Please note that choosing an Expedited shipping method will not reduce our processing time, that's just the name of the service provided by a carrier and not a delivery guarantee. Once the order is ready, we will ship it under the method you originally chose during checkout.

FOR DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days of having been shipped. We do ask that you allow an additional 1-7 business days during busy times for processing, though.
