Turn garment inside out and wash cold on delicate cycle.
Lay flat to dry.
Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly onto the design.

*** Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors.
*** Only non-chlorine bleach.
*** Tumble dry low.
*** Medium iron.
*** Do not iron decoration.
*** Do not dry clean.

Shipping

We ship to the address provided by the buyer. Any returned packages will be reshipped at the buyers expense. Please read all processing times for each item you are purchasing. By checking out you agree to the processing times. If there is a problem with your address upon getting to the shipping stage we will send an email to fix the problem. If you do not respond within 24 hours upon email delivery we will send the order out at your own expense. If it gets sent to the wrong address it will be reshipped at the buyers expense. PLEASE check your address before checking out. If you aren't sure check with USPS if the address you are using is correct. 

Returns

We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the nature of the handmade custom item. If anything is wrong with your order please email us directly or leave a message on our website. The most direct way to contact us is through our website.

PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT MEAN 14-18 CONSECUTIVE DAYS. PROCESSING TIME IS BASED OFF HOURS OF OPERATION. WE DO NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS. IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER ON THE WEEKENED IT WILL BE TREATED AS IF IT WAS PLACED ON MONDAY. IF YOU ORDERED AFTER CLOSING HOURS IT WILL BE TREATED AS THE NEXT DAY. WE DO NOT WORK HOLIDAYS, IF YOU ORDER ON A HOLIDAY IT WILL BE TREATED AS THE NEXT DAY. WE CANNOT SHIP ON A HOLIDAY SO IT DOES NOT COUNT AS A PROCESSING DAY. i
